Terms and Conditions
1. The time of your booking is the time of arrival at the restaurant. Your table will be kept for no more than 15 minutes. In case of a delay, the restaurant reserves the right to refuse the reservation or if there is a discount or an offer not to provide it with you.
2. When you arrive at the restaurant, tell your welcoming staff that you have a reservation on your behalf from ReZZo.bg.
3. Upon your request, please provide your service staff with the SMS or e-mail we have sent to confirm your booking.
4. If there is a discount or offer to your reservation, it does not apply to any other discounts, offers, promotions, promotional, special and lunch menus in the restaurant and is only valid for the restaurant.
5. More than half of the number of people you have specified in the time of booking must be present. Also, the final number of people arriving at the restaurant should not exceed the number of people listed in the reservation. In such cases, the restaurant reserves the right to refuse your reservation or if there is a discount or offer to you not to provide it.
6. During your visit, you will be accommodated at a restaurant table at the discretion of the restaurant at your choice of the restaurant (in the "reservation type" option) in case you want to be accommodated at another table in the same or in the another part of the restaurant, the restaurant is at its sole discretion to refuse this or to move you, but in this case you lose your right to use the promotional terms and discounts of the reservation.
7. This average account is only intended to guide you in restaurant menu prices and is not the minimum amount you need to spend to make use of the discount or offer to book.
8. You can cancel or make changes to your reservation up to thirty minutes before its start. If you've made your reservation as a registered user, access the "My reservations" section in your profile and click on the corresponding button next to your reservation. If you've made your reservation without a registration, in the confirmation e-mail we send you, there is a link to the reservation from where you can cancel or make changes to it.
