Expect a modern interpretation of Balkan cuisine, inspired by mythical creatures, fairy-tale heroes, and forgotten traditions.

Let yourself be captivated by the wonders of nature – from the desert dunes to the icy landscapes of Antarctica, from the heat of the volcano to the mysterious forest and the colorful coral reef. This special dinner created by the third-semester students from HRC, showcasing their creativity and culinary talent.Each dish from our tasting menu is a little magic that will take you on a journey through extraordinary nature.

Pani puri bread with red lentils, carrot and apricot purée, herbs
Cold Starter (“Antarctic”):
Marinated sea bass with mango, red pepper, red onion, coriander, coconut, and Leche de Tigre
Hot Starter (“Volcano”):
Soup with Chorizo and Parmesan, crispy charcoal bread
Main (“Forest”):
Wild boar with leek and daikon, herb crumbs, and jus sauce
Dessert (“Coral rief”) :

On this evening, the plate transforms into a garden – a place where flavours grow, evolve, and tell a story.
Talents invites you to a themed dinner, created and served by the students of HRC Culinary Academy, where the product takes centre stage and each dish reflects the cycle of life – from seed to fruit.
