Together with our partners from Meat Revolution, we invite you to a special themed dinner dedicated to the presentation of their new duck meat brand.
The menu includes:
Amuse-bouche: Duck meat burger flavored with Mexican peppers and Tomatios salsa
Cold appetizer: Duck carpaccio with three types of pepper, mustard with tarragon, tamarind ketchup, truffle, and chicharron from duck skin
Hot appetizer: Spring potatoes with beurre blanc with Persian advi, duck sausage
Main course: Fried duck with Korean sauce and spicy cucumber salad
Dessert: Creme brulee with duck liver, cherry jam with black pepper, and hibiscus gel

Founded back in 1876, Canoso is a small family-run estate in the heart of the Soave Classico region. Their wines bring together the old and the new – native grapes like Garganega and Corvina, grown on volcanic soils and turned into expressive, no-nonsense bottles. Minimal intervention, maximum personality.
On May 7th, you’ll get to explore five of their wines – by the glass or as part of a tasting flight – each paired with a menu created just for the occasion.
