On February 8th at 6:00 PM, Talant Restaurant will transform into a space where art meets gastronomy .
The Artists’ Supper is the final exam dinner by HRC students and the second dinner in this semester’s series, where they present their original vision of fine dining as a form of artistic expression.
Inspired by various works of art, students interpret paintings and sculptures through:
– dominant colors
– symbolism and hidden meanings
– their personal interpretation of the deeper message
Each course is a standalone interpretation, while the entire dinner is a curated multi-course experience, turning each plate into a canvas.
The name of the dinner is inspired by Leonardo da Vinci’s iconic masterpiece – The Last Supper, with The Artists’ Supper offering a contemporary take, where young chefs take the place of the artists.

February marks the month of the final dinners of the HRC students at Talents.
The most anticipated time of year for Sofia’s culinary scene – the moment when Talents becomes a stage for expression, and the guests turn into a jury, score sheet in hand.
“Lost Kingdoms” is a dinner where students will present, through their own perspective, ingredients and flavors from the foods people consumed before the discovery of America.
To keep guests fully immersed in the journey, each kingdom is conquered by the next -
