3. When asking for your bill, should your reservation be accompanied by a discount or an offer, show the staff that service you one of the confirmations of your reservation that we have presented you with after your successful reservation - the SMS, the e-mail or the printed reservation confirmation.
4. If the reservation is accompanied by a discount or an offer, it cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, offers, as well as promotional, special and lunch menus and is only valid for consumption in the restaurant.
5. At the time of your reservation there need to be present more than half of the people you have made the reservation for. As well, the final number of people that are at the restaurant for your reservation should not exceed the initial number of people you have noted. In such cases, the restaurant has the right to cancel your reservation or not apply the discount or the offer if your reservation is accompanied by one.
6. The location of the reserved table depends on the part of the restaurant you've selected to be seated in and the current availability. You have the right to change the reserved table with another one in the part of the restaurant you've selected to be seated in that is available at the time of your reservation and is not reserved by other guests of the restaurant for a later time.
7. Making reservations with ReZZo.bg is absolutely free. The mentioned amount of average bill aims to give you a perspective of the prices in the menu of the restaurant only. It is not a minimum amount that you need to spend to use the discount or the offer accompanying your reservation.

Приятна обстановка, добро обслужване .
Имахме резервация за 6 човека, която коригирахме за 7. Системата в ресторанта не го беше отбелязала. Предложиха ни по-голяма маса. Понеже бяхме в 19.00 часа, заведението още не е пълно и всичко се изпълнява бързо, храната е вкусна. След час нещата се промениха рязко. Кухнята се затруднява със пълното заведение. Поръчките се бавят с 40-50 минути. Месото е почти студено. Сторнираха ни го от сметката. С пиците няма проблем. Сервитьорите са без забележка, за което благодарим! Ще идваме пак, то се знае.
Всичко беше нормално!Сервитьорката не беше разбрала,че сме с резервация и не беше направила отстъпка,но бързо оправиха нещата!
Беше много приятно - от посрещането с усмивка, настаняване, обслужване.
Въпреки, че бяхме направили резервация за градината, която беше потвърдена, място нямаше и се наложи да седнем вътре в заведението. Не сме доволни от обслужването. В сметката ни бяха надписани неща, които не бяхме поръчали, но не бяха доставени от сервитьорката за консумация. Така платихме по висока сметка. Не ни беше направена отстъпка 10%, която трябваше да ни направят при резервация през сайта Резо!
Забравиха да ни сложат 10% отстъпка, която се полагаше, нямахме време да чакаме и тръгнахме. Останах още хора от компанията, надявам се, че след като са говорили със сервитьора са им направили отстъпката все пак.
Всичко беше ок. Ден преди резервацията се обадих да уточня бройката на гостите и изрично казах, че искам маса във вътрешната зала. Е получихме маса точно там. Докато поръчвахме попитах сервитьорката как ще и е по-лесно да поръчам всичко на веднъж или като приключа със салатата и аперитива да поръчам пица. Разбрахме се като поръчах всичко на веднъж, но да ми донесе пицата след салатата. Донесе ми пицата още докато пиехме ракия. Приятелката ми изяде пицата, а аз поръчах още една ракия и пица със същата уговорка, да бъде донесена след салатата, но и този път не бях разбрана и получих пицата веднага. И така 3 пъти. Там никой не слуша и не чува какво иска госта. Иначе беше много вкусно.

Вкусно и и много приятно. Резервация в самия ден си е бонус. Персонала е добре обучен. Препоръчвам!
Имах направена резервация за 20:00 часа, бях в точния час, а бях настанена след 10 минути през, които поне три пъти си казах имената , за да открият масата, на която да ни настанят. Приеха ми поръчката в 20:35 Мин, а салата ми беше сервирана след повече от 30-40 Мин. Но предвид натоварения час, ние чакахме търпеливо. Проблемът дойде при поискване на сметката, където не беше отразена отстъпката от Rezzo. Оказа се, че сервитьорката не е знаела , че сме с резервация от Rezzo, след което ни беше казано че ако сме за 11 лв да си ги приспаднем от сметката. Тук изниква въпросът Защо има отстъпка в Rezzo, а след това персонала те кара да се чувстваш неудобно и има ли нужда да използваме Rezzo в такъв случай?
