4. If the reservation is accompanied by a discount or an offer, it cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, offers, as well as promotional, special and lunch menus and is only valid for consumption in the restaurant.
5. At the time of your reservation there need to be present more than half of the people you have made the reservation for. As well, the final number of people that are at the restaurant for your reservation should not exceed the initial number of people you have noted. In such cases, the restaurant has the right to cancel your reservation or not apply the discount or the offer if your reservation is accompanied by one.
6. The location of the reserved table depends on the part of the restaurant you've selected to be seated in and the current availability. You have the right to change the reserved table with another one in the part of the restaurant you've selected to be seated in that is available at the time of your reservation and is not reserved by other guests of the restaurant for a later time.
7. Making reservations with ReZZo.bg is absolutely free. The mentioned amount of average bill aims to give you a perspective of the prices in the menu of the restaurant only. It is not a minimum amount that you need to spend to use the discount or the offer accompanying your reservation.
8. You can cancel or make changes to your reservation up to thirty minutes before its start. If you've made your reservation as a registered user, access the "My reservations" section in your profile and click on the corresponding button next to your reservation. If you've made your reservation without a registration, in the confirmation e-mail we send you, there is a link to the reservation from where you can cancel or make changes to it.

Резервациите през rezzo.bg не са актуални
Answer form ReZZo.bg:След кореспонденция с ресторанта установихме, че се е получило недоразумение при предаването на информацията за резервацията. Уведомили сме управата на обекта и ни увериха, че ще вземат необходимите мерки за да не допускат подобен тип ситуации в бъдеще.

Останахме много доволни от обслужването и предложената храна в заведението.

Не получихме отстъпката, направиха ни на луди, че изобщо не сме направили резервацията през ReZZo, след като им показахме потвърждението, казаха, че изобщо не са получавали резервация …. Много беден асортимент на вина, нямаха почти нищо, единственото, което ни хареса, бяха пиците …
Не бих поторила отново в това заведение. Салата "Цезар", която е на прилична цена беше с гнили листа. Трябваше по няколко пъти да напомняме за поръчките си. Десертите, които не изискват време за приготвяне бяха поднесени на масата ни в интервали от по 15 мин. Храната не беше на ниво. Голямо разочарование.
Изключително разочаровани сме от обслужването в ресторанта. Уведомихме една сервитьорка, че имаме резервация, чрез Rezzo и ни настани. След това същата сервитьорка ни накара да се изместим на друга маса, сервира ни наливна бира, макар, че поръчахме бутилирана и накрая в сметката липсваше обявената отстъпка.
Не сме доволни от обслужването и обноските на мениджъра.
При предоставяне на сметката не ни беше отбелязана отсъпката, защото сме поискали плащане с карта. Сервитьорката не ни беше информирала предварително. При пристигане изрично казахме,че сме с резервация през резо, но накрая се оказа,че не знаели,че резервацията е с отсъпка и освен това отсъпката важала само при плащане в брой.

Сделали резервацию на 11-30. Когда пришли, там не работала кухня, только начали мыть полы... Пришлось пойти в другое место!

Добре беше , но любимото ми вино Casa-Lunardi-Sauvignon-blanc го нямаше..
Много добре приготвена храна, добро обслужване и приятна обстановка.
Ресторан красиво оформлен, обслуживание приятное и ненавязчивое, меню - довольно богатое и разнообразное. Ценник на морские деликатесы - очень порадовал. Брал говяжий язык - был жесткий, и не до конца разогрет. За это на бал ниже ставлю оценку. Но в оправдание ресторана - блюда у моей жены и тещи были очень вкусными, на все 5 баллов.
