Mr. Baba

The restaurant is in the form of XVth century ship-galleon, built in original size, berthed alongside the Varna breakwater. 
Even though the outside appearance looks like exactly as a ship about to heave up anchor the interior is designed to serve the needs of a top-class restaurant.

Mr. Baba offers 120 sheltered seats that during the summer together with the open decks reach the number of 250. 
Besides the primary saloon the restaurant has also one Master’s cabin of 30 seats. Wherever you sit in Mr. Baba you will enjoy a wonderful view to 
the beach and the sea.

Twice a year we renew the menus, taking into consideration the cuisine of the season. 
During summer we offer more fish and light salads, while during winter we increase the meat dishes. 

There is nothing better as a perfect end of a pleasant summer evening than a refined and delicious dessert. 
Our pastry-cook offers a great variety of sweet temptations which are emblematic for Mr. Baba.

The restaurant has at its disposal a sommelier and an excellent wine selection.
