При влизането в заведението казахме, че имаме резервация с rezzo , което означава, че ние имахме -20% отстъпка от сметката накрая. Такава отстъпка ние не получихме. Дано сервиза се черпи по едно кафе за наша сметка. Със сигурност няма да посетим пак.? Answer from Dolce Amaro Seaport:Уважаема, Госпожо Кондова. В раздел I.10.4 на Общите условия на сайта REZZO е записано, че всички специални оферти и предложения извън основното ни меню, както и алкохолните напитки не се начислява отстъпка. Благодарим Ви още веднъж и ще се радваме да ни дадете още една възможност.

CHECKED BY ReZZo.bg За жалост,останах с негативни впечатления. Още при пристигането в ресторанта нашата резервация не беше намерена. Разочарование беше храната,но поне обслужването беше добро. Дори голяма част от менюто им,визирам суши, беше неналична и ни беше казано ,че вече няма да бъде предлагано. И при притсигане на сметката дори не беше зачетена отсъпката ни от 10%. Да,разбирам,че не са намерили резервацията,но говорим за принцип,дори и след като им показах имейл за потвърждение! Не става толкова въпрос за десетте процента,а за принципа. Не подкрепям мошенгиите от страна на персонала да си приберат десетте процента! Това заведение не си заслужава!
