 Round 1: Wakame Salad with Cucumber and Pomegranate or Edamame Beans (your choice)
 Round 2: Hosomaki Set - Hosomaki with Salmon, Hosomaki with Cucumber, Hosomaki Volcano with Spicy Salmon (9 pieces)
 Round 3: Uramaki Set - Uramaki Salmon and Avocado, Uramaki Tuna Fish and Mango, Uramaki Crispy Shrimp (6 pieces)
