1. The time of your reservation is the time of your arrival at the restaurant. Your table would be reserved for you for not more than 15 minutes from the start of your reservation. If you are late for your reservation, the restaurant has the right to cancel it or not apply the discount or the offer if your reservations is accompanied by one.
2. Let the restaurant staff that welcomes you at the time of your arrival at the restaurant know that you have a reservation on your name made with ReZZo.bg.
3. When asking for your bill, should your reservation be accompanied by a discount or an offer, show the staff that service you one of the confirmations of your reservation that we have presented you with after your successful reservation - the Viber, SMS, the e-mail or the printed reservation confirmation.
4. If the reservation is accompanied by a discount or an offer, it cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, offers, as well as promotional, special and lunch menus and is only valid for consumption in the restaurant.
5. At the time of your reservation there need to be present more than half of the people you have made the reservation for. As well, the final number of people that are at the restaurant for your reservation should not exceed the initial number of people you have noted. In such cases, the restaurant has the right to cancel your reservation or not apply the discount or the offer if your reservation is accompanied by one.
6. The location of the reserved table depends on the part of the restaurant you've selected to be seated in and the current availability. You have the right to change the reserved table with another one in the part of the restaurant you've selected to be seated in that is available at the time of your reservation and is not reserved by other guests of the restaurant for a later time.
7. Making reservations with ReZZo.bg is absolutely free. The mentioned amount of average bill aims to give you a perspective of the prices in the menu of the restaurant only. It is not a minimum amount that you need to spend to use the discount or the offer accompanying your reservation.
8. You can cancel or make changes to your reservation up to sixty minutes before its start. If you've made your reservation as a registered user, access the "My reservations" section in your profile and click on the corresponding button next to your reservation. If you've made your reservation without a registration, in the confirmation e-mail we send you, there is a link to the reservation from where you can cancel or make changes to it.

Приятна обстановка, вкусна храна.
Обядът беше вкусен . Много уютно място . Харесва ми и ще го посетя отново.
Приятно заведение с градина в центъра на града. Храната беше вкусна, обслужването беше на ниво и персонала беше много любезен.

Приятен ресторант и хубава храна. Но защо нямат достатъчно прибори и персонал? За първи път ми се случва в ресторант да не получа прибори за основно след салатата..... защото просто такива в излишество нямат.
Отстъпката от 15 процента не ни беше дадена.Оправдаха се с Вас.Преди един месец Ви били предупредили ,че няма да има отстъпки на 8 ми март.Викахме управителя на заведението по темата.На влизане казахме изрично,че имаме резервация чрез Вас.Гадно е две дами да не си получат отстъпката на 8 март точно.
Храната беше вкусна, но честно казано ризотото не беше нищо особено. Пиците са много добри. Сервитьорите не идваха много често.

Хубава кухня и добро обслужване. Единственото което не ми хареса - под навеса, в градината където бяхме настанени беше ужасно задушно и нямаше никакъв въздух, въпреки че бяхме на открито. Помолихме сервитьора да сгънат подвижния навес и ни обясниха, че не е възможно, тъй като падали листа от дърветата (което не е проблем на клиентите според мен-с редовно почистване едва ли ще има толкова листа, колкото и “много” да падат през лятото ;) Когато ти е горещо нито ти се яде, нито ти се пие, мили собственици!
Приятна градина, отлична храна и много мило , професионално обслужване. Препоръчвам.

Absolutely disappointing. Next table ordered a specific way of sea food linguini and when we orderd sea food spaghetti... We were served the rests from the next table order because was made the way they had requested... For sea food was one big shell and head of camarão on the top of the smolest possible amount of linguini instead of spaghetti... The waitress asked as if want to order desert and I told her that I am afraid to order anything else. She insisted to give for free tiramisu and instead sent to our table the owner to ask us what was wrong?!? I explained that never in my life was served head of camarão as seafood, but he insisted that was the way all over the world. Bigger offence.. So we asked the bill to pay and was another surprise to give us full bill without the announced discount. The man who brought the bill was rude and asked me to who it was said that we were with reservation. Indeed it was None to receive us at the door and we asked a female employee behind the counter for our reservation. After small chat we paid the bill with the discount and left forever ever. Do not go to this place if you want to be served what you pay. Very disappointing
