Djanam Premium Steak House

So the food was mid, the daiquiri was nice. But the manager was really nasty. We booked through Rezzo and had a 10% discount which firstly my boyfriend told the server and he said "I don't believe you" while I was in the bathroom. Then i came back and told him that in fact we were promised 10% discount through Rezzo and i even showed him a screenshot to which he nodded, asked his manager to come and the manager blatantly said "I don't care, no discounts on Sunday". Then he continued explaining that he apparently told Rezzo that he doesn't offer discounts on Sunday but they didn't listen so the manager kept on saying that if he gives us the discount it's not good business for him. As he needs to anyway pay rezzo 10% for their restaurant using the app and if he gives us our discount it will be another 10% on top. Really nasty and shady behavior. If you don't agree with the terms and conditions of a specific platform then don't use it and don't argue with your customers for the shady business you do. Not to mention that everyone was smoking Shisha 4 tables away from us and talking loudly.

CHECKED BY ReZZo.bg We stayed at the Astoria Grand Hotel for several nights. This reservation and dinner on 12/05/2024 went excellent - five stars! Two young waiters did everything that we could feel comfortable and we appreciated their advices. However, when we came back again on 18/05/2024 the other (elder) waiter was not happy about the fact that we ordered just warm starter, bread and water as we were tired and could not stay for long. Our friends came and ordered drinks as they had dinner downstairs and he demonstrated that such guests are not welcome :-( We left as soon as possible and I would give 3 stars - this only because the view is still woth of the visit. Therefore the total result is 4 stars.

Много съм доволен от менюто, обстановката и цялостната атмосфера на зааведението.
