At JIRU, quality is our highest goal. Every dish begins with carefully selected, fresh products that honor both tradition and taste. We never compromise — our kitchen uses only natural ingredients, free from GMOs and MSG, to ensure clean, authentic flavors.

All of our wok flavorings are prepared in-house, crafted from fresh herbs, spices, and sauces, giving every dish its unique depth and character.

Our signature Beijing Duck is a true highlight. Following a traditional recipe, the duck is marinated and air-dried for 72 hours before being roasted in an authentic vertical oven. We proudly use the Cherry Valley breed, GMO-free and prized in Hong Kong and Singapore’s finest restaurants, for its tender meat and rich flavor.

CHECKED BY ReZZo.bg Обстановката е страхотна. Обслужването беше горе -долу.Може на момчето да не му е било ден. Просто беше твърде мрачен. Храната също не беше на нивото на обстановката. Сладко -киселото пиле беше 80% само панировка. Почти не усещах месото.Супата Том Ям не беше лоша, но в Chef's е доста по-добра. Сушито не го опитах, но не изглеждаше зле.
