Following our long-awaited opening on December 12, just a day later you can enjoy an evening in which the aromas of the Alps come alive in the coziest winter restaurant in Bansko.

Immerse yourself in the warm, inviting atmosphere of Fondue Restaurant and trust Chef Martin Bayrev, who will present an exclusive five-course menu inspired by the classics of authentic Alpine cuisine – modern interpretations that are rich, comforting, and memorable.

Each dish is paired with a curated wine selection by our esteemed sommelier Dimitar Tsutsov, with a focus on French and Italian wines that elevate the flavors of the menu to perfection.

The ambiance will be enhanced by Andrey Shatalov, whose live saxophone performance will bring gentle soul lines, elegant themes, and music that transforms dinner into an experience.
