Сервитьорът беше адски разсеян, обърка поръчката, не донесе прибори навреме, а след като вече беше сервирал едното ястие, другото ястие беше забравил да поръча.... Не съм очаквала такова обслужване точно там, избрах ресторанта за моят личен празник, разчитайки на добрите впечатления от преди. Разочароващо е меко казано. При отиване на място в ресторанта нямахме резервация, и хостесата ни остави повече от 20 минути да чакаме, с обяснението, че няма свободни места. Междувременно аз направих резервация през сайта и се оказа, че има свободна маса, която обаче преди това не ни беше предложена. Вероятно това е някаква политика на заведението, защото не се случва за първи път, но определено води до негативна оценка в клиентите Ви. Поводът за този коментар е единствено с цел да подобрите организацията, за да не бъдат разочаровани клиентите Ви.
