Резервацията ми не беше спазена и бях излъгана за масата, въпреки че предварително бях видяла схемата. Настаняване на крайно неудобни места без пространство за движение, добавяне на още хора и грубо отношение от страна на хостесата. Не препоръчвам.

CHECKED BY ReZZo.bg Резервацията не се състоя. Получих имейл, че е потвърдена. Получих и съобщение по вайбър. Но не беше. Такава маса не съществуваше. В Мейз ми казаха, че всичко е пълно, че резервацията в отменена от Вас и че не съм била уведомена, не знаели защо. Доста шити услуга предлагате. Поне съобщавайте, ако заведението е пълно и няма повече места. Щом те имат тази информация, значи и Вие трябва да я имате. Не е нормално да платим вход няколко човека и то не 5лв, да си мислим, че имаме маса и да съм букнала маса няколко часа след като е излязло събитието и пак да останем без такава. Казаха ни “вземете си нещо за пиене и обикаляйте”. Ебавате ли се с нас? Answer form ReZZo.bg:Благодарим Ви, че се свързахте с нас и съжаляваме искрено за неприятната ситуация, която сте преживели. Бихме искали да Ви уверим, че резервацията не е била отказана от наша страна, нито е отменяна. В системата ни тя е била активна през цялото време, като сте получили и потвърждение по имейл и съобщение във Viber – както е стандартно при успешно направена резервация. Изглежда, че е възникнало недоразумение на място и колегите от клуба са допуснали пропуск при организацията. Поднасяме своите извинения за причиненото неудобство и бихме искали да Ви уверим, че сме предприели всички необходими мерки, за да не се допускат подобен тип ситуации в бъдеще.
