 Irina Tencheva is the special author behind Sunday Signature for the first month of 2026 — a series of three Sunday brunches where food carries mood, memories, and character. On January 11, Irina herself will be a special guest at the event.

 Every guest will receive a gift — the book “Rituals from My Kitchen” with a special autograph. ?

 Menu with a choice at every step:

Salads
• “Colors in Winter” — roasted vegetables, green mix, horseradish dressing, and toasted seeds
• “The Taste of Winter” — Jerusalem artichoke, root vegetables, iceberg lettuce, almonds, and a delicate dressing

Starters
• Two-salmon pâté with spinach, served with Sicilian orange salad
• Four-cheese quiche with broccoli and olives, served with a sweet and spicy pepper spread

Main Courses
• Classic fondue with baby potatoes, vegetables, and crispy croutons
• “El Greco” risotto with zucchini, minced meat, white wine, and mascarpone
• Duck confit with root vegetable cream and caramelized shallots

Desserts
• Grandma Irina’s lemon pie
• Quick chocolate cream with vanilla ice cream and red fruit jam
• + more temptations from our dessert station
