The restaurant opened on 09th June 2006 and can accommodate 250 people, without that affecting the serving time.

CHECKED BY ReZZo.bg Искам да споделя отзива си, защото преживяването ни днес беше комбинация от изключително разочароващо и абсолютно перфектно обслужване. Първоначалното отношение на една от сервитьорките беше изключително непрофесионално. Натиснахме бутона за извикване три пъти, но тя така и не реагира, въпреки че стоеше съвсем близо — до шкафа с напитки. Наложи се лично да стана, за да я повикам. Когато най-накрая дойде, вместо нормално отношение, получихме оправданието, че „нямало как да си прекъсне обслужването на масата“. След като ѝ казахме, че ще отбележим това в анкетата, тя демонстративно се фръцна, каза, че ще повика колега, и просто си тръгна. Всеки има лоши дни и настроения — едно кратко извинение щеше да е напълно достатъчно. Като клиенти обаче не сме длъжни да търпим поведение, напомнящо на обидена 15-годишна тийнейджърка. От друга страна, искам да изкажа огромни благодарности на Андрей Пенчев, който пое масата ни след това. Андрей беше просто невероятен — любезен, бърз и с безупречно отношение. Благодарение на него си тръгнахме с добро настроение. Надявам се ръководството да обърне внимание на първата си служителка, а Андрей да бъде съответно оценен за отличната си работа! CHECKED BY ReZZo.bg персоналът е не просто млад, а много млад. липсва гъвкавост, на моменти са мудни. чаках за сметката си повече от 10 минути, но вероятно бутонът не е работил. храната е много разнообразна, но се приготвя с някакви тежки мазнини. мисля, че има какво да се желае за подобрение на качеството.
