About Happy Sveta Nedelya

Happy Sveta Nedelya is the second restaurant from the Happy Bar & Grill restaurant chain in Sofia, that opened on 8th September 2000. The restaurant is located in the top center of our capital and this is one reason to be visited by many celebrities, including several of the presidents of the country, many politicians, famous media stars such as the Russian group TATU, the teacher of Bruce Lee and others. The restaurant works around the clock for its customers.

CHECKED BY ReZZo.bg Чакахме почти 30 минути за храна от обедното меню (4-ма души), това е неприемливо, като знаем как се обработват заготовки в Хепи. На съседни маси хора получиха поръчка от обедното меню преди нас, а седнаха след като бяхме поръчали. Беше изключително студено и се наложи да помолим да увеличат климатика до поне 19-20 градуса, при близо 35 навън, т.е. огромна амплитуда. Answer form ReZZo.bg:Уведомили сме управата на заведението за този случай и те ни увериха, че ще вземат необходимите мерки, да не се допускат такъв тип ситуации в бъдеще. Ресторантът поднесе своите най-искрени извинения на клиента.

Въпреки че ме настаниха след като видяха, че имам резервация.. накрая на вечерта сметката беше нормална, а не 15% off както се промотира тук. Мисля, че ако сервитьора не е наясно с това, това е подвеждащо. Answer form ReZZo.bg:В сайта на ReZZo.bg при потвърждение на всяка резервация в общите условия е описано, че при поискване на Вашата сметка трябва да представите SMS-а или e-mail-а, който сме Ви изпратили за потвърждение на обслужващия Ви персонал. Препоръчително е да следвате това условие и да напомните за отстъпката, за да не се получават подобен тип ситуации. След кореспонденция с клиента установихме, че е пропуснал да спази това условие, затова не е получил отстъпката към своята резервация.
