Happy Paradise Center

The restaurant, being part of Happy Bar & Grill, has a completely new concept and longer menu than the typical restaurant from the chain. The stress is on fresh vegetables and fruits, as well as the use of fresh cooled meat. The menu offers a variety of fish and seafood, as well as a lot of healthy chicken and beef dishes.

At Happy Paradise Center you can try dishes, prepared using the healthy chicken meat of DUC. The chicken of DUC is a mix breed between a broiler and farmer's chicken (home-bred hen). It is fed only with organic food, without antibiotics and animal mixture. It is bred in accordance with bio production requirements. All this leads to a healthier, higher in quality and tastier product.

The restaurant has a spacious main room, sushi room, long bar and show cooking zone, where the food is prepared in front of the guests. Each one of them can not only see his order being cooked but can also ask questions to the chefs. A large portion of the dishes are prepared in special barbeque furnaces, Josper type, which keep the nutrition value of the products used for preparing the dish and gives them a great taste.

There are 550 seats in Happy Paradise Center, including the two terraces on the roof of the shopping mall, which have a terrific view to Vitosha mountain. The restaurant is located on the second floor across Cinema City, in the entertainment zone of Paradise Center in Sofia.
