NEW YEAR’S MENU

SALADS

1. Pink tomatoes with homemade katak (Bulgarian yogurt spread), roasted peppers, zucchini, Taggiasca olives, and marinated red onion.

2. Mixed greens with Italian Burrata cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, Prosciutto Crudo, pesto sauce, and walnuts.

COLD APPETIZER
Selection of fine cured meats and traditional spreads.

HOT APPETIZER

1. Baked French goat cheese with blueberries.

MAIN COURSES

1. Stuffed roasted piglet with bacon, served with miso potatoes.

2. Slow-roasted veal calf with sweet carrots and walnuts.

3. Sea bass fillet served with root vegetable purée and citrus dressing.

DESSERT

1. “Orient” cake with chocolate, almonds, and mascarpone.

DRINKS
