This event will take us on a sea voyage, united by one common element — the influence of rum casks. They add exotic and unexpected layers of aroma and flavor, transforming the classic profile. In the selection, we’ll encounter both cleaner, fruit-forward interpretations and those with a subtle smoky accent, each with its own story and character.
We will open and pour 25 ml of each:

• Glen Moray 2006 Rum Agricole Cask Finish
• Smokehead Rum Cask Rebel
• Douglas Laing's Big Peat – The Thropaigeach Edition Feis Ile 2024 Rum Cask
