About Hadzhidraganov's Cellars

The Restaurant complex "Hadzhidraganov's Cellars" offers Bulgarian national cuisine on fire, on a hot plate and in an oven.


Situated in the center of Sofia, the restaurant offers unique atmosphere of an old cellar and you can choose a wine from different regions all over Bulgaria.


A band of one of the best Bulgarian folklore musicians is playing folklore music alive every night!

 

 


In 1866, a century ago, Hadzhi Dragan, a trader of wool and silk, lived in Sofia and built four great houses. Each with a style from different region of Bulgaria (Melnik, Koprivshtitza, Zheravna, Bansko). Now it’s a famous restaurant “Hadzhidraganov’s Houses”. 


In his famous cellars there was wine from vineyards all over the country. Only few people had the privilege to enter into the Hadzhidraganov's cellars.


Entering inside, silence, a smell of old barrels and coolness met the special guests. Barrels ordered in long lines could be seen in the twilight of kerosene lamps. Selected bottles lay in straw in wine racks.

Трябва да помислят от самия ресторант как да управляват резервациите през rezzo, тъй като се оказа, че не фигурирам като клиент, направил резервация през rezzo, а доказах, че имам резервация като потвърждение от мейла ми. Answer form ReZZo.bg:Благодарим Ви за обратната връзка! След кореспонденция с колегите установихме, че се е получило недоразумение относно направената резервация. Управата на ресторанта е уведомена и са взети мерки, за да се избегнат подобни ситуации в бъдеще. От името на ресторанта поднасяме извинения за причиненото неудобство и благодарим за разбирането.

Прекарахме приятно, но отстъпката от 10% от резевацията в Реззо не беше отбелязана в сметката когато беше донесена от сервитьор. Навсякъде до момента не се е налагало да напомням при поискване на сметка, че е направена резервация през Rezzo, за да се добави отстъпка. Явно тук е необходимо. Answer form ReZZo.bg:В сайта на ReZZo.bg при потвърждение на всяка резервация в общите условия е описано, че при поискване на Вашата сметка трябва да представите SMS-а или e-mail-а, който сме Ви изпратили за потвърждение на обслужващия Ви персонал. Препоръчително е да следвате това условие и да напомните за отстъпката, за да не се получават подобен тип ситуации. След кореспонденция с клиента установихме, че е пропуснал да спази това условие, затова не е получил отстъпката към своята резервация.

Вкусна храна, бързо обслужване. Сервитьорите обаче са начислени, бързат много и са леко неучтиви. И никога не включват отстъпката от ReZZo. Това го и отразих в бакшиша.
